Local Shipping (Morocco)

We offer free shipping on all orders within Morocco.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, and delivery typically takes an additional 1–2 business days.

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Simply choose “Pay on Delivery” at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International shipping fees range from $20 to $40, and we offer free international shipping for orders over $120.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

A return request must be sent to us at aulorofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

For local returns (within Morocco), a 30 MAD return fee applies.
For international returns, fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns for:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
